Let the paint hold what the mind & body no longer needs

Paint & Release is a guided painting experience—not an art class and not a paint-and-sip.

Instead of following step-by-step instructions or focusing on the finished piece, you'll be invited to explore color, movement, and expression at your own pace.

There is no right way to paint.

No artistic experience is needed.

Just permission to show up exactly as you are.

The Space

Paint & Release takes place in a calm, intentionally designed space that supports ease, creativity, and presence.

Many people comment on how quickly they begin to relax after arriving and how great they feel leaving.

Everything is prepared for you—from the painting materials to your personal creative space—so you can simply settle in and begin.

Wear clothing you don't mind getting paint on, and we'll take care of the rest.

The Intention Behind Paint & Release Co.

Paint & Release grew from a simple belief:

Creativity can help us reconnect with ourselves.

When there are no expectations, no judgment, and no pressure to create something "good," painting becomes less about the outcome and more about the experience.

My role isn't to teach you how to paint or tell you what your artwork means.

It's to create a safe, supportive environment where you can slow down, explore freely, and let your own expression unfold.

Every person brings something different into the space, and every experience is unique. My role is simply to guide and hold that space with care.

Paint & Release Co. is a creative experience designed to support self-expression and exploration. It is not therapy or a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.
